International Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped via FEDEX. Shipments are made during Colombian business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us.

The company is not responsible for any fees, taxes or duties generated by international shipments and/or by the customs authority of each country. These customs charges are the customer's responsibility.

A tracking number will be available as soon as your order has shipped.

1. International returns

Taxes, duties and other charges applicable to international orders are non-refundable.

If a new order is placed, shipping costs must be paid again.

Costs associated with international returns are the customer's responsibility.

2. Products with manufacturing defects

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@maha-morena.com with photos of the product.

After receiving and inspecting the piece, we will confirm whether a repair, replacement or refund applies. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will also refund the return shipping cost.

Requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Pieces must be sent protected in their original packaging or in a rigid case.

Damage caused by use, accidents, impacts, improper handling, natural wear or insufficient packaging during the return is not considered a manufacturing defect.

3. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for another piece or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Items without a manufacturing defect are not refunded in money.

Products purchased on Sale or during seasonal clearance are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

4. Order cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

5. Refunds

Once a refund for a manufacturing defect or a cancellation is approved, it will be processed within 30 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be issued once we receive the product or proof of its return, whichever comes first.
